Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times

France :

Standard delivery within France usually takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Europe :

Standard delivery within Europe usually takes approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch.

International :

International delivery usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Customs & Duties

We cover customs duties and import taxes on all international orders, except for shipments to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Ireland, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
