Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Items purchased during sale events, promotional offers, or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at saintaurinisocial@gmail.com with your order number and original tracking number.
- Specify the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
